Product Introduction DOXILOT-OD

• Doxylamine + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) + Folic Acid is a combination of three medicines: doxylamine, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and folic acid, which treats nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy.
• Doxylamine is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby controlling nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is a form of vitamin B which possesses anti-nausea properties.
• Folic is also a form of vitamin B which provides essential nutrients.

Indication of DOXILOT-OD

Doxylamine, an anti-histaminic along with Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) & Folic acid. It is indicated for the treatment and management of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy during first trimester.

Side Effects

Common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, stomach pain, Indigestion, loss of appetite, dizziness, headache, sweating, sleepiness, rash, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping) and allergic reaction.
