Diclofenac
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug taken or applied to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain in certain conditions. It is supplied as or contained in medications under a variety of trade names.

Serratiopeptidase
Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme preparation used concomitantly with an antibiotic in osteoarticular infections.

Indication of DLET-S

• Diclofenac Potassium / Paracetamol Serratiopeptidase is a medicine that is used for the treatment of Fever, Dental pain, Headache, Aching muscles, Muscle ache, Ear ache and other conditions .
• Like, acute and chronic treatment of signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Side Effects

Common side effects are Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal irritation, gastrointestinal bleeding, heartburn and diarrhea.
